Life Fitness Announces New GM For UK Business

Schiller Park, Ill. (Sept 8, 2008) – In an effort to continue providing dedicated management and leadership in the United Kingdom, Life Fitness has promoted Dan Wille to vice president and general manager for the United Kingdom. In his new role, Wille will be responsible for growth and profitability of business within the region.

Joining Life Fitness in 1994, Wille has held various positions of increasing responsibilities within the organization, including three years as vice president and general manager of the consumer retail business, in which he was responsible for growing the business’ top and bottom lines.

“The market in the United Kingdom continues to offer opportunities and with over 14 years of experience in the industry, we feel confident that Dan is more than qualified to grow the business and add key leadership in the region,” said John Stransky, president of Life Fitness.

Prior to joining Life Fitness, Wille served as the marketing coordinator for Ejector Systems. There, he was responsible for all marketing activities.

Dan received his bachelor degree in communications from Western Illinois University, and a master’s of business administration degree from Roosevelt University. He currently lives with his family in England.
